John is Senior Vice President of the Reverse Mortgage
Division for AAXA Mortgage. He has over 40 years of
experience invested in the mortgage industry in roles
ranging from reverse mortgage loan officer to national
executive and entrepreneur.
John's career in the mortgage industry has led him
to a wide range of roles providing mortgage and investment
advice to countless clients. John has brought to AAXA's
Reverse Mortgage Division the kind of experience and
dedication that only someone who has formed and managed
independent mortgage companies as well as developed
new programs and regions for established companies can
bring.
Over time these roles have included:
President and Chairman of Florida Southern Mortgage
Corp., The South East Secondary Market Director
of Mortgage Investment for PMI Mortgage Insurance
Company, Founder and Chief Operating Office of Taylor,
Bean, & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., Regional Manager
of the Southeast Wholesale Division of Lomas Mortgage
USA, Regional VP of Paragon Mortgage Inc,

John has experience in all aspects of conventional

Services. John also led a five state region as an
